What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, organisation, email address, telephone number and anything you include in your message. When you use one of our hosted products as a customer, we process the data you enter under a separate agreement.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, to provide and support the services you asked for, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Legal basis

Your consent where you contact us voluntarily, performance of a contract where you are a customer, and our legitimate interest in operating our services.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as hosting and email providers, and only as far as needed.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to answer and account for them. Customer records are kept for the duration of the contract and any statutory period after it.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and may object to certain processing. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Transfers

Where data is processed outside the UK we put appropriate safeguards in place. Hosting locations are documented in customer agreements.
